\u6c92\u6709\u4e00\u500b\u8de8\u90e8\u6703\u800c\u53c8\u6709\u5730\u65b9\u653f\u5e9c\u4ee3\u8868\u7684\u7e3d\u6307\u63ee\u4e2d\u5fc3\u3002<\/p>\n<p>(2) \u6c92\u6709\u5efa\u7acb\u7ba1\u7406\u60c5\u5831\u7cfb\u7d71 (Management information system)\u3002<\/p>\n<p>(3) \u6c92\u6709\u9245\u7d30\u9761\u907a\u7684\u6a19\u6e96\u4f5c\u696d\u7a0b\u5e8f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5148\u8ac7\u7b2c\u4e00\u9ede\uff0c\u70ba\u4e86\u5b89\u5b9a\u4eba\u5fc3\u8d77\u898b\uff0c\u653f\u5e9c\u61c9\u8a72\u7acb\u523b\u6210\u7acb\u4e00\u500bSARS\u9632\u75ab\u4e2d\u592e\u6307\u63ee\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff0c\u7e3d\u6307\u63ee\u61c9\u8a72\u7531\u526f\u7e3d\u7d71\u89aa\u81ea\u64d4\u4efb\uff0c\u6210\u54e1\u61c9\u8a72\u5305\u542b\u5404\u76f8\u95dc\u90e8\u6703\u7684\u4ee3\u8868\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5730\u65b9\u653f\u5e9c\u7684\u4ee3\u8868\u3002\u548cSARS\u4f5c\u6230\uff0c\u4e0d\u50c5\u50c5\u662f\u885b\u751f\u7f72\u7684\u4e8b\uff0c\u6559\u80b2\u90e8\u3001\u570b\u9632\u90e8\u3001\u5167\u653f\u90e8\u3001\u74b0\u4fdd\u7f72\u90fd\u5fc5\u9808\u53c3\u52a0\u3002\u9019\u4e5f\u4e0d\u50c5\u50c5\u662f\u4e2d\u592e\u653f\u5e9c\u7684\u4e8b\uff0c\u5730\u65b9\u653f\u5e9c\u4e5f\u4e00\u5b9a\u8981\u80fd\u5bc6\u5207\u914d\u5408\u3002\u9019\u500b\u6307\u63ee\u4e2d\u5fc3\u4e0d\u50c5\u5c07\u53ef\u4ee5\u4ee3\u8868\u653f\u5e9c\u767c\u8a00\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u4e00\u5207\u554f\u984c\u7684\u55ae\u4e00\u7a97\u53e3\uff0c\u5404\u500b\u653f\u5e9c\u55ae\u4f4d\u5982\u6709\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u61c9\u8a72\u662f\u76f4\u63a5\u627e\u9019\u500b\u6307\u63ee\u4e2d\u5fc3\uff0c\u9019\u500b\u4e2d\u5fc3\u7684\u53e6\u4e00\u529f\u80fd\u662f\u4f7f\u4e2d\u592e\u548c\u5730\u65b9\u6210\u70ba\u4e00\u9ad4\uff0c\u5730\u65b9\u4e0a\u7684\u554f\u984c\uff0c\u4e2d\u592e\u53ef\u4ee5\u77e5\u9053\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u95dc\u65bcSARS\u7ba1\u7406\u8cc7\u8a0a\u7cfb\u7d71\uff0c\u6709\u7d55\u5c0d\u5efa\u7acb\u7684\u5fc5\u8981\uff0c\u4efb\u4f55\u6307\u63ee\uff0c\u90fd\u5fc5\u9808\u5148\u6709\u8db3\u5920\u7684\u8cc7\u6599\uff0c\u6211\u570b\u5c45\u5bb6\u9694\u96e2\u7684\u4eba\u6050\u6015\u5df2\u7d93\u4e0a\u842c\uff0c\u653f\u5e9c\u6709\u80fd\u529b\u8ffd\u8e64\u6bcf\u4e00\u4f4d\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u55ce\uff1f\u5982\u679c\u6709\u4e86\u9019\u4e00\u500b\u7cfb\u7d71\uff0c\u653f\u5e9c\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u638c\u63e1\u5168\u5c40\u3002\u6211\u5011\u5e0c\u671b\u770b\u5230\u4e2d\u5fc3\u6307\u63ee\u5b98\u56de\u7b54\u8a18\u8005\u7684\u6642\u5019\uff0c\u53ea\u8981\u4e00\u6309\u9375\uff0c\u5927\u87a2\u5e55\u4e0a\u5c31\u6703\u986f\u73fe\u51fa\u5730\u5716\u548c\u5404\u7a2e\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u8cc7\u6599\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9019\u7a2e\u7cfb\u7d71\uff0c\u4e0d\u50c5\u50c5\u662f\u5132\u5b58\u8cc7\u6599\u800c\u5df2\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u5e6b\u52a9\u653f\u5e9c\u505a\u6c7a\u7b56\u7684\u5de5\u5177\uff0c\u75c5\u4eba\u8981\u8f49\u8a3a\uff0c\u9019\u500b\u7cfb\u7d71\u6703\u5148\u544a\u77e5\u61c9\u8a72\u8f49\u8a3a\u7684\u90a3\u4e00\u5bb6\u91ab\u9662\uff0c\u6700\u70ba\u6070\u7576\u3002\u8f49\u8a3a\u6210\u529f\uff0c\u7cfb\u7d71\u53ef\u4ee5\u7acb\u5373\u66f4\u65b0\u8cc7\u6599\u3002SARS\u75c5\u4eba\u53bb\u4e16\uff0c\u7cfb\u7d71\u6703\u66ff\u4ed6\u9078\u64c7\u4e00\u5bb6\u706b\u846c\u5834\u3002\u4e26\u4e0d\u662f\u6bcf\u4e00\u5bb6\u91ab\u9662\u90fd\u53ef\u4ee5\u6cbb\u7642SARS\u75c5\u4eba\u7684\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e0d\u662f\u6bcf\u4e00\u5bb6\u706b\u846c\u5834\u90fd\u80fd\u57f7\u884cSARS\u75c5\u4eba\u706b\u846c\u7684\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6700\u5f8c\uff0c\u6211\u61c7\u5207\u5e0c\u671b\u653f\u5e9c\u80fd\u5236\u5b9a\u51fa\u975e\u5e38\u8a73\u7d30\u800c\u5468\u5bc6\u7684\u6a19\u6e96\u4f5c\u696d\u7a0b\u5e8f\uff08SOP\uff09\uff0c\u4ee5\u5c45\u5bb6\u9694\u96e2\u70ba\u4f8b\uff0c\u9019\u500b\u7a0b\u5e8f\u4e00\u5b9a\u8981\u5305\u542b\u8ab0\u6709\u6b0a\u53ef\u4ee5\u767c\u51fa\u9019\u500b\u547d\u4ee4\uff1f\u547d\u4ee4\u5982\u4f55\u9001\u9054\u9019\u500b\u4eba\u624b\u4e2d\uff1f\u4f55\u6642\u751f\u6548 ?\u4ed6\u5982\u4f55\u56de\u5bb6\uff1f\u5982\u679c\u6709SARS\u73fe\u8c61\uff0c\u4ed6\u5982\u4f55\u53bb\u5c31\u91ab\uff1f\uff08\u7e3d\u4e0d\u80fd\u53c8\u5750\u516c\u8eca\u53bb\u770b\u75c5\u5427\uff01\uff09\u9694\u96e2\u901a\u77e5\u66f8\u526f\u672c\u8a72\u9001\u7d66\u8ab0\u7b49\u7b49\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u9019\u4e9b\u7d30\u7bc0\u4e0d\u5728SOP\u4e2d\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u5c31\u6709\u5927\u9ebb\u7169\u4e86\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5e0c\u671b\u653f\u5e9c\u5f15\u9032\u5927\u6279\u7ba1\u7406\u548c\u8cc7\u8a0a\u7684\u5c08\u5bb6\uff0c\u4f7f\u653f\u5e9c\u7684SARS\u7ba1\u7406\u5236\u5ea6\u7cfb\u7d71\u7d72\u7d72\u5165\u6263\uff0c\u6c92\u6709\u6f0f\u6d1e\uff0c\u9019\u7a2e\u6230\u722d\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u6253\u6557\u4e86\uff0c\u4e00\u5b9a\u662f\u7531\u65bc\u7ba1\u7406\u4e0d\u597d\u4e5f\u3002<\/p>\n<div
